Tabitha Hernandez is the supposed nickname for Joey's car. Though it was an idea presented by joey, it has since evolved into the official name. Joey has not mentioned the name since, but fans still call it that.
ORIGINS
On June 27, 2013 Joey uploaded a video titled "Joey's World Tour: Behind The Scenes". In the video Joey showed fans how he makes his food reviews. At the beginning of this video Joey decided to come up with a name for his car. He first presented the name Tabitha, then he said Lisa, Joey then asked fans to come up with a name for his car. Tabitha though stuck with many fans and became the truck's name
THE YOUTUBE ACCOUNT
On September 6, 2016, a youtube account named "Tabitha Hernandez Joey's Car" was created. The channel mainly has ytps and a series where 5 instances of a food reviewer getting mad are shown. There are 3 videos in the series so far Joeysworldtour, Report of the week, And Jason callan.
